High Frequency Relays and Switches

Panasonic high frequency relays and coaxial switches are RoHS compliant and specifically designed for instrumentation, test & measurement, wireless communications, and cable TV/satellite equipment markets.

Models are available from 1 GHz to 26.5 GHz. ARJ compact relay with excellent high frequency characteristics tested up to 8GHz; features low insertion loss of 0.25dB typical at 5GHz. ARD Coaxial Switches feature high signal strength with low nominal operating power - 840mW ARV Coaxial Switches (PIN, SMA) provide excellent high frequency characteristics (to 8 or 18GHz, 50W) in a compact size (Approx. 85% smaller than ARD).
