Laser Displacement Sensor
General purpose, PSD laser displacement sensor for simple measurement applications
The LM10 series of laser displacement sensors provides a low cost displacement solution while maintaining high-precision. With up to a 1 micron resolution and a +/- 0.2% F.S. linearity, the LM10 does not give up ability for price. Class 1 or 2 laser diodes are available and in addition to one analog output (voltage or current), a discrete comparator is built-in as well (single or window).
Nine sensor heads are available from the high-resolution ANR1250 (1 micron) to the long range ANR1226 (250 +/- 150mm measuring range).
