Products Included in Warranty
Programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, FA components and other FA automation control products. See table below for specific products covered. Note: This warranty does not cover SUNX brand products.
Start of Coverage
Effective April 2009. Products produced from Oct.1, 2005 onward will be covered under the 3 year warranty (this allows for 3 year coverage plus 6 months in distribution.)
Extent of Warranty
During the warranty period, verified product defects for which Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd is responsible will be repaired free of charge or a replacement unit will be provided by Panasonic Electric Works Corp. of America. The products below are excluded from the 3 year warranty:
- Consumable/maintenance parts such as batteries and relays
- Discontinued products as of April 1, 2009
