Most Powerful UV System (8000mW/cm2) in class
8000mW/cm2 high intensity can be obtained by power mode using the combination of ANUJ6160 LED head and ANUJ6423 lens. 6400mW/cm2 can still be obtained in high accuracy mode.

With the increased power of the new ANUJ6160 LED head, over 500mW/cm2 can be achieved in a 8mm dia. Area.

Cost/Time saving and also Environmentally friendly
Reduces tact time
Comparing to products with lower UV intensity, tact time can be reduced due to high UV intensity.

Cost saving long light source life
20,000H LED light source life(Continuous usage) is over 6times longer than lamps used lamp type UV systems. Advantage using a LED system is that you can turn LED on instantly without any warm up. Lamp types require time to warm up, and thus need to be kept on even when UV irradiation is not required (Normally uses a shutter to cut off UV irradiation). Using a LED light source at 1/5 duty (Process tact time 5 with irradiation time 1) will extend the life to 100,000H or more. This is more than 33times longer life compared to lamps.

Low power consumption
Even with all heads turned on, the power consumption is only 60VA(at 100V AC) This is 1/6 compared to our previous model and contributes to the reduction of C02. Lower power consumption and heat generation will reduce total air conditioning power.

Environmentally friendly
Unlike lamp type systems, LED does not contain mercury. Confirms to RoHS, China RoHS and CE and is environmentally safe.

Wide varieties of applications
Different type of lenses for wide range of applications
In addition to 5 types of standard lenses (3,4,6,8 and 10mm dia), side view lens, cylindrical and rod lens are available for different types of application.

Heads can be controlled individually

Programmable
Programmable irradiation controls not only heat distortion, but also the contraction distortion during curing of the resin. This makes it perfect for high quality curing applications that demand low temperature and high precision. The UJ20 is capable of programming and saving 15 different programs. Each program can have 10 steps for each head.

RS232C port and external I/O ports.

Easy setting software
Utility Software will allow you to operate/program controller the easily. Supports English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean.

Smallest size in class
Winner of the 2007 Good Design Award(Japan) is the smallest controller in class. It can be easily installed to production lines or small assembly equipment. All ports except optional UV sensor port is placed on the back for higher operatability. UV head is 12mm dia. X 50mm, which is also the smallest in class. (ANUJ6160 equipped with standard lens, without cable dimensions)

Ideal for high precision components bonding.
Fan-less design is ideal for Precision Bonding (No dust/No Vibration)
For high precision applications dusts and vibration become serious problems in the curing process. Since the controller is designed to keep itself cool without an internal cooling fan, so there is no need to worry about these problems anymore. Also it will not require any exhaust ventilation duct and reduce costs and also reduce the running cost for air conditioning.

Stable UV irradiation
Generally, the output power decreases as LED temperature increase. The heads for UJ20 have improved heat radiation efficiency, which reduces temperature increase.
Temperature feedback of each head
Each head is equipped with a temperature sensor. It feedbacks light source output based on the LED temperature to prevent the output from decreasing. The feedback control and the improved heat irradiation performance of the heads will provide stable UV irradiation even during continuous lighting.

UV light does not include infrared.
The 365 nm wavelength enables clear UV irradiation. It does not contain infrared rays, minimizing the temperature rise of workpieces. This is ideal for applications that require low temperature, high precision bonding with minimum thermal distortion, such as the assembly of thin plastic lenses.

Ideal UV light source for 365nm wave length
The ideal wavelength for UV resin curing is 365 nm and this is used as the main wave length. Insufficient curing below the surface is caused by UV energy absorbed at the resin surface due to short wavelength and heat generation by infrared radiation if they are included in the light source. Both these problems will be eliminated with the pure light source of UJ20.

UV sensor for accurate UV management
Measurement of the UV intensity and automatic calibration can be easily done by attaching UV sensor to the controller
