ATRPROBEGIN-US: FPWIN-Pro Beginner Class

Duration: 1 Day

Class Size: Class size is limited to 8 students.
Who Should Attend:
Any person, who requires basic knowledge of Programming, PLC Hardware and I/O devices, should attend this course.
Description:
This course will familiarize the student with FPWIN-Pro, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and its components, FPWIN-Pro Programming Structure, Overview of Panasonic PLCs. The student will be encouraged to write small ladder logic programs. To build and enhance his/hers programming skills and apply them to FPWIN-Pro.

Objective:
After course completion, the student will be able to:

• Identify the basic PLC Memory Data Structure.
• Recognize typical control systems.
• Describe PLC main functions and capabilities.
• Wire I/O to "real" world sensors and Relays.
• Basic understanding of Ladder Logic.

Outline:

• Overview of the different series of PLCs
• Hardware Review of all PLC series
• PLC Memory Data Structure: Registers, Internal coils, and I/O addressing
• Basic Instructions: timers, counters, one shot triggers
• Addressing Panasonic PLC's
• Basic Ladder Logic
• Exercises

Who Should Attend:
Any person, who requires basic knowledge of GTWIN Programming software, and has previous programming experience, should attend this course.

Description:
This course is an overview of the following subjects:

• Panasonic Touch Screens (GT-01, GT-01R, GT-05, GT-11, GT-21, GT-32)
• GTWIN Overview
• Interfacing the PLC and the GT-01, GT-01R, GT-05, GT-11, GT-21, and/or GT-32.

The student will be given an overview of GTWIN, which will describe its uses, limitations, and how to develop practical applications.

Objective:
After course completion, the student will be able to:

• Identify Human Machine Interface functionality.
• Understand the GTWIN capabilities.
• Develop practical HMI applications using GTWIN

• Human Machine Interface Overview.
• GT Series Setup
