High Performance Digital Panel Controller
The CA series of analog sensor controllers is perfect for use with analog output type sensors. With a sampling speed of 1ms, is it possible to incorporate the CA series in a high-speed manufacturing line. Its dual analog inputs, available in five input ranges (voltage, or ampere), allow for simple calculations using built-in arithmetic functions. Thickness and width measurements are possible with one easy to use unit. Also, the display can be easily scaled to different units for optimum integration with your application.
The outputs of the CA series are available in relay, transistor, and transistor w/ BCD types. Four threshold levels are supported for multi-level classification. The controller can also store 8 patterns of threshold values, scaling values, etc., all accessible from an external input.
The CA series also incorporates a DC power supply, various advanced functions, and several hold modes.
