DP4 Series Pressure/Flow Sensors
Compact Size Digital Pressure Sensor
The DP4 series of digital pressure sensors is designed for easy integration. The lightweight, compact design allows for quick and simple panel mounting with a usable panel thickness of 1 to 6mm. Wiring has also been simplified by incorporating a snap-fit connector. The DP4 is supplied with a panel mount bracket, but other brackets are available for DIN rail mounting.
Three pressure ranges are available for the DP4 series
- Vacuum Pressure: 0 to -101.2kPa
- Positive Pressure: 0 to 1MPa
- Compound Pressure: -100kPa to 100kPa
A bright two-color digital display has been integrated, which allows the operator to see the output state from across the room. In addition, the display can be changed to an analog bar display which gives an idea of the pressure level from a distance. The display can also be changed between 6 different pressure units to customize the product to whatever standard you use.
The three built-in output modes provide simple setup of common tasks
- Hysteresis Mode
Offers free-range hystersis control for optimal hysteresis setting. - Window Comparator Mode
This output mode provides a user determined pressure window in which the output is either ON or OFF. This is perfect for applications in which there are high and low pressure limits. - Automatic Sensitivity Setting Mode
Offers automatic threshold setting when presented with OK and NG conditions.
A high-speed response of 2ms or less coupled with a chattering prevention function allows for stable pressure measurement even in the presence of periodic spikes in the pressure.
