The FX-11A is an analog fiber optic sensor is perfect for applications that require basic measurement of work pieces. The 1-5V output can be interfaced with various equipment such as our CA and CA2 control units for advanced calculations such as height evaluation or level detection by differential sensing.
The slim size of the amplifier as well as the built-in interference prevention function allow for mounting multiple sensors in close proximity. Convenient indicators on the amplifier include an incident beam indicator, where the brightness fluctuates in proportion to the incident beam intensity, and a saturation indicator that illuminates when the output reaches 5V.
